Clinical Pilates Sessions
may be a useful alternative or additional treatment method for rehabilitation, injury prevention and pain management.
Pilates Calsses
Pilates classes provide an opportunity to correct poor movement habits, whilst improving strength and flexibility. Pilates practise teaches optimal movement patterns, learning to move with balance and control whilst having a calming effect on the mind.
Small Group Classes
Small group classes are available weekly, or individual sessions can be booked by appointment.
Weekend Retreats
The wellness studio provides a healing space for wellness and spiritual practise retreats, hosted by a variety of practitioners throughout the course of the year.
